Who doesn’t love bacon?! Well let’s not ask the vegetarian or pescatarian/pescetarian, because we already know the answer. And I for one doesn’t question anyone’s preference or food diet. To each his own.
Today though, I’d like to talk about breakfast. Yes, you read me ( or heard me), breakfast people! My parents used to tell me ‘eat breakfast sweetie, you’ll need it to be strong and be active today’ or they would say ‘did you know breakfast is the most important meal of the day?’ and blah blah blah…Well, in my younger years those phrases were repeatedly said like a broken recorder. But of course, they’re right or they’re not wrong at all.
Well my point is, breakfast is the first meal after a night’s sleep ( or day time sleep, for those whose schedule are reversed). And generally speaking, breakfast consist of carbohydrates, proteins, fruits and vegetables as well as beverages. In layman’s term bread or cookies, eggs, some greens, coffee or milk and bacon! Yes, you heard me bacon!
Surprisingly, everybody says bacon is an integral part of a breakfast. Is it?!
