  3. Balut is widely enjoyed in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. My Viet Friends use spoons to dig into the shells after taking in the “sabaw”. Yes, the Vietnamese living in the countryside raise the fowl that produce the duckj-embryo that is boiled alive.

  4. These are not all distinctly Pinoy. Cubans are well known for also calling out with a Psst or other noises to catch someones attention and also pointing with their lips. I am going to assume since Spain is the only real distinct connection between Cubans and Pilipinos, I am quite sure that some of the things you stated are mostly Spaniard things.
