Many people are meat-eaters. Some eat animal meat, poultry meat and fish meat. While some prefer to be vegans. I eat a bit of meat and some veggies now and then.
I have this meal once in a while because I looked at it as a complete meal. The broccoli gives me Vitamins A, B6, C, D, E and K. The little corn makes me chew more. I learned that the more we chew, the healthier it is. Some pasta as source of carbohydrates and the beef steak as a source of B12 and B6 Niacin and Riboflavin.
Although there are many other sources to get these nutrients from, it doesn’t hurt to eat a good meal now and then 🙂
